Dancing with the Stars results
TBT - All 11 couples performed either the fox trot or the cha-cha on the premiere of “Dancing with the Stars” Monday, March 21, 2011. Previously reported by College News, this week the couple with the lowest combined judges’ scores and public votes of their performance was sent home after Tuesday’s results show.
Tuesday night’s “Dancing with the Stars” results are in: The first to be eliminated from the show is “Love Line” co-host Mike Catherwood and partner Lacey Schwimmer, according to The Washington Post. Most of the results were far more interesting then predictable. However the remaining cast members include the usual assortment of active and retired athletes, a rapper, an up-and-coming Disney Channel star, as well as TV and film actors who are no longer in the spotlight, but still have some “moves.”
The season 12 cast includes: Hines Ward, Ralph Macchio, Sugar Ray Leonard, Chris Jericho, Kirstie Alley, Romeo, Chelsea Kane, Wendy Williams and Petra Nemcova, who will be bringing their “A” game, according to EOnline.com.
The “Dancing with the Stars” results placed dancer Catherwood in the bottom three along with boxing legend Sugar Ray Leonard and talk-show hostess Wendy Williams, CBS News reports.
Last night’s episode also featured performances by star Chris Brown. The Grammy nominated singer preformed new, pre-recorded songs, and the show featured some great dancing by Brown and his back up dancers.
